About the Author
The author was born in a small town in Mexico, called Nuevo Casas Grandes, in Chihuahua. He moved to the US at nineteen to study marketing at the University of Texas at El Paso, there he finished his Bachelors degree in Marketing. At twenty-six, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts, to do an MBA, but he did not finish it because of the pandemic. In the summer of 2021, he was diagnosed with Cancer, and that same year, he started chemotherapy. During this process, he also experienced domestic violence abuse at the hands of his ex-boyfriend.
Nowadays, Carlos is cancer-free, lives in Los Angeles, and works for the social media app. TikTok. He dreams of becoming an actor and a motivational speaker.
